Filing of MSME FORM I:
- Every company as detailed below, shall file in MSME Form I details of all outstanding dues to micro or small enterprises suppliers existing on January 22, 2019 within 30 days i.e.by February 20, 2019.
- MCA has issued a general circular on February 21, 2019 revising the due date for filing of MSME Form I.30 days from the date it is deployed on MCA21 portal. (Not released as on February 22, 2019)
- Companies here shall mean, who get supplies of goods or services from MSMEs and whose payments exceed 45 days from the date of acceptance of the goods or services.
- Every company referred above shall also hereafter file a Half year return thereon in MSME Form I
- By April 30, for the period from October to March.
- By October 31, for the period from April to September.
